Welcome to Adapt Psychology. My focus is to help individuals create meaningful lives and to develop resilience to cope with the inevitable challenges that life throws at them. I believe that everyone, no matter what their circumstances, has skills, traits, and qualities that serve them well. I aim to create an environment where we can build on what works and refine or redirect efforts when they are keeping you stuck.
